Portronics 80W Dual Output Fast Car Charger Review

The Portronics 80W Dual Output Fast Car Charger with Type-C PD & USB is a practical car accessory for people who want to keep their devices charged while travelling. Whether you're commuting to work, navigating with your phone, or heading out on a long road trip, having a reliable charging option in your car can make the journey more convenient.

This black car charger features two output ports: a USB Type-C port with Power Delivery (PD) support and a USB-A port. With a stated maximum combined output of 80W, it supports charging two compatible devices simultaneously, subject to the charger's power distribution and each device's charging requirements.

Key Features of the Portronics 80W Car Charger

• 80W maximum combined output: Designed to provide fast charging across its two output ports.
• Dual-port charging: Charge two compatible devices simultaneously using the Type-C PD and USB-A ports.
• Wide device compatibility: Suitable for compatible smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds and power banks.
• LED indicator: A blue-green indicator light helps you identify when the charger is powered.
• Safety protections: Product specifications list protection against short circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage and overheating.
• Car compatibility: Designed for compatible 12V car power sockets.

Important: The actual charging speed depends on your device, cable, charging protocol and the charger's output allocation. The advertised 80W is the maximum combined output, not a guarantee that every connected device will charge at 80W.
